面对火热的直播电商渠道,优化升级硬件设备和管理体系,完善供应链系统,在提高供应链快速应变力的同时,进行品类的多元化开发,建立代加工业务在线上渠道的差异化优势,成为万盈在2022年的核心目标。目前,万盈占地21000平方米,建筑面积40000平方米,其中包含了10万级净化区和16000平方米的现代化花园式厂房。硬件上,万盈拥有36条生产线,采用全自动灌装机、拧盖机等先进生产设备。此外,企业还升级了新型硬件设备与软件操控系统,添设新乳化机、42个5吨自动储罐。潘志鹏总经理强调,万盈在扩大产能规模,提升产能效益的同时,还将进一步严格要求自身,做到输出精品,保质保量,成为客户的首选。

关于品类开发方面,万盈一直处于发展的前沿,上一年先后推出了次抛、泡罩、安瓶、胶囊、干湿分离面膜、异形试用装等多种极具创新性的品类。2022年万盈还将进一步升级设备,开发更多生产品种,并打造出兼具新奇潮流信息,顺应时代变化,融合时代审美的包装形式,提高渠道产品的多样性。据了解,目前,万盈可代工面部护理系列、面膜护理系列、身体护理系列、洗护系列等多种类产品。

生产能力衡量企业的体量,研发能力则决定着企业的上限。在研发端,万盈设有四大研发基地,配备行业顶尖专业护肤专家博士,帮助万盈持续开拓研发新品并逐步申请护肤原料独家专利。截止目前万盈拥有配方20000个,原创专利数达40余项,2021年新品数量多达150余个。深厚的研发实力和丰富的技术资源为万盈后续推出新颖、具有代表性的功效型产品提供有力支撑。潘志鹏总经理曾透露,未来万盈还会在欧美地区开拓新的研发基地,深钻化妆品合成原料。

Faced with the huge changes in offline channels, Wan Ying understands the market orientation and transforms accordingly. By extending its own advantages, it has shifted to cultivating e-commerce customers, and has already shown results. 

In order to find more partners and promote the high-quality OEM\ODM business and its own brand Antfei to a broader world, Wan Ying will participate in the 2022 CiE Beauty Innovation Exhibition, the 2022 CBE China Beauty Expo, the 2022 Shenzhen South China International Beauty Expo, and the 2022 SWOP Packaging World (Shanghai) Expo this year.
